Very knowledgeable. Were able to install in the cabinet above the fridge so we could keep our under-sink space. Had an easy experience from start to finish.

I had an excellent experience. During the first meeting, the Croix Crystal Technician tested the water and shared with me the results of the test. He carefully listened to my concerns. He provided his recommendations. He demonstrated very professional behavior. During the second meeting, the Croix Crystal technician installed the new water softener and removed the old one. After installing the water softener, I got great results. The water quality is much better.
