Jacob Greene is Amazing. He took the time in the High Point NC location to check the alternator before putting in the new battery I requested. Although making an appointment ahead of time did not seem to reserve me a spot in line (he said they'd just taken in another phone before I got there so the wait would be 2 and a half hours instead of 1 hour), the phone was finished at the time promised and the new screen is beautiful. The store is near my house so it was easy to leave it and return 2 hours later. No fuss experience and good results.
Very pleased with service. Dropped off iPhone 6 and 45 minutes later, back in business. Scheduled appointment online so saved $10 off of battery total. Apple store was going to take 3-5 days. Cheaper in price but couldn't be without my phone for that long. Battery is holding charge just like when I bought the phone. Before replacement, halfway through the day and my phone was below 50%. Well worth the time and money.
