I’ve been a customer for about 2 years and I just can’t say enough good things about this company and their employees. I recently had to increase my delivery frequency and adjust my orders. I was going to be out of water going into the weekend and I was not looking forward to having to deal with going to the store to lug the water. My schedule is usually jam packed and I don’t have that kind of time to spare. I called their office and their team took care of me from start to finish. Aleena was very professional and helpful. She wasn’t able to find an available delivery option immediately but she told me that she would get back to me with a solution as soon as possible after seeking advisement from her manager and route team…. and she did just that! My water was restocked and my weekend plans didn’t have to get rearranged to go to the store. I’ve recommended Premium Waters to all of my family and friends and will continue to do so. This kind of service is tough to come by these days and Premium Waters is doing it right

Learn from me… Buy a dispenser… Go to Coborns or Walmart and buy a 5 gallon bottle for $14.99 and refill it with Reverse Osmosis water for $1.00 from them and save yourself the BS and the expense. I had the service for 3 years. My daughter and I were scheduled for delivery once a month of 2x 5 gallon bottles and I was renting a dispenser that had the hot/cold functionality. Every month I have two charges on my card. If you go to view your invoices… no information available. Over the last year I increased my 2 bottles to 3 because we as a family of 2 adults ran out before our next delivery date. I noticed the dates kept getting pushed out and our deliveries ended up being every two months not every month but I was still being charged for the dispenser and the 3 bottles every month. I called and asked questions and was told oh no you get it every month it’s just on the last day. Well if you get a delivery in October and not in November but then December… That’s not every month… So, in January 2026, I cancelled my services before my next delivery. I was told to leave the dispenser and bottles on my porch for the driver to pickup and my card would not be charged. Not only was my card charged… twice. My account wasn’t cancelled. It was placed on “hold” the delivery driver picked up all the bottles and the dispenser and then left three more bottles which I also was charged for. I have now left 2 emails and talked to 4 different people. I was told today that my account wasn’t cancelled officially until Feb 10th and I can expect a credit to my card of $11.98 in 60-90 days. They took over $68 and I can’t talk to a supervisor because they don’t have any on shift.
