We had a great experience with Fortress Foundation from start to finish. They came out to address issues we were having with our crawl space and a sinking floor, and the entire process was handled with professionalism and care. Caleb Stone was the first gentleman we worked with, and he was absolutely wonderful. He took his time thoroughly inspecting the crawl space, then sat down with us to explain everything in detail. He walked us through all of our options, answered every question we had, and helped create a plan that fit within our financial budget. He never rushed us and made sure we were comfortable with our decision. He even scheduled the work before leaving and checked in after everything was completed, which we really appreciated. Our project foreman, Scott Farmer, provided outstanding customer service. I truly can’t say enough good things about him. He took the time to answer all of my questions, clearly took pride in his work, and made me feel confident in the job being done. He also spoke very highly of Fortress, saying it was an honest company and that he genuinely loved working for them—which really says a lot. I always want to support companies that have happy employees! Scott’s crew—Dan, Jamill, and Jordan—were also fantastic. They were all friendly, professional, and worked extremely well together as a team. Every interaction I had with them was positive. They were even great with our dogs, who frequently tried to visit them for pets! Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Fortress Foundation did excellent work, communicated clearly every step of the way, and treated us and our home with respect. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing crawl space or foundation work.

I highly recommend Fortress for any type of foundation repair. We were definitely not anticipating a need for a repair so soon after our build, but they made an unfortunate situation so much easier to deal with than we had expected. Caleb came for an initial consult and immediately located our problem and walked us through the whole process for repair. He was incredibly friendly and kept in great contact with us following his visit. Caleb was able to get our repair scheduled promptly, which put our minds at ease. Travis and Matt came to install our beam, and they were both so professional and respectful of our space. They kept me informed along the way and were able to get the job completed quickly and thoroughly. There wasn’t a single bit of mess left behind! We’re incredibly happy with the final result and can rest assured that our issue has been resolved.

We needed to get our crawl space repaired in our forever home. Scott Greear did a thorough inspection, took the time and gave us the right solution for reducing moisture levels in our crawl space. His knowledge about home construction was very helpful to me. I appreciate his attention to detail and excellent communication with me, being timely in answering my many questions. Scott Farmer, Dan, and Clinton we're busy, busy, busy, and transformed our damp crawl space into a clean, encapsulated, dry space. Scott was also knowledgeable and answered many questions for me about the encapsulation process. Had great communication with these guys and it was a pleasure to have them working at my house. I had four companies give me estimates. Fortress was the company that I felt I could trust and they did not disappoint me. I highly recommend them, they will take care of you. BTW, That's my temporary extension cord running across the floor in the pictures. It's not part of the encapsulation.
