I had spilled a decent amount of water on my Macbook on top of the keyboard. The Macbook was working but I was worried that it might be damaged so after turning it off and drying it I took it here. The person who does Apple authorized repairs wasn’t in that day so I had to come back the next day. I came back and they did a quick inspection of the Macbook for free! The liquid indicators in the Macbook had not been tripped and there was no visible water. They were very helpful and kind, reminding me to make sure my files were backed up, walking me through the process if malfunctioning does appear, and that if I had any issues or questions to contact them.Thankfully I got lucky. Thank you!!

Took an external hard drive here for recovery and they were able to recover all but two (unimportant) files. The cost was substantially less than Best Buy (who said they would have had to ship my hard drive out). LCS solved my issue over a few business days. I’m so thankful and impressed!

Excellent customer service, and they gave me a great deal! I had an exploded batter cell in my MacBook Pro that was inhibiting my use of the track pad and warping the casing. I brought it in and they fixed it while I waited, gave me a great deal on the replacement battery, and fixed some hard drive issues for me at no extra cost, along with giving me some solid maintenance advice. Will definitely give them my business again.
