ODIS has the most knowledgeable staff in the business. When you call for assistance with service or sales you'll always reach somebody ready to help and not an answering service. And again they proven to be there when you need them. Always professional and great service (not to mention their service contracts affordable rates, their IT department that can solve any of your IT issues/needs. Way to go ODIS - highly recommended!

I'm from Indiana and I reached out to ODIS when our older Ricoh copier was having some issues. They were recommended to us as being the best in support and service. Hadley could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable and generous with his expertise. What a professional, outgoing, and friendly staff! Just amazing! Our office has been working with ODIS for a number of years and the service has always been excellent. We are always able to get someone on the phone and they send someone out within 15-20 minutes if we ever have any issues with our printer. Hadley and his team are great!

Excellent pricing and service. I love the convenience of the copier being able to send them a message that it's having problems vs waiting for me to call them. When we had issues with our VOIP fax, they brought us out a loaner fax to use. All of the staff are great to work with.
