Came around 8pm at night and he helped us in about 30 minutes with a battery repair, super quick and easy. Reasonably priced too, definitely recommending this place to anyone who wants to be in and out and also fair prices! Thank you so much!

1 star review. Terrible customer service. I received a quote for screen replacement. Was told to come in on a certain day. Took a work day off to get it done. Lost $150 from work only to be told to come another day for the screen wasn't there. I didn't get a call from them about the issue. Poor management.

I took my phone in because I suspected I had internal damage that was affecting my network stability. I expected to have to drop my phone off and come back for it hours or days later but that was not the case. I was very impressed with the fact that I was in and out in probably 15 minutes for a very reasonable price. I also very much appreciated the fact that I was shown the damaged circuits and was able to watch the repair on a television screen. Thank you and I will definitely be recommending your shop to anyone who may need your services.

I hate to write this review; I really do. My 16yo son, however, did not seek my advice and chose Mr. Phone for the replacement of his Iphone 16 screen. Upon installation, neither my son nor I were happy with the quality of the screen--its resolution was inconsistent and often seemed fuzzy. We returned to seek a refund or exchange, and the operator said a new, better screen would cost $500 (the first was $250). He did offer to have us pay only for the difference to upgrade; however, we chose not to pursue this because of the overall poor value given the cost of a used phone. Here is where it gets ugly...
