Came around 8pm at night and he helped us in about 30 minutes with a battery repair, super quick and easy. Reasonably priced too, definitely recommending this place to anyone who wants to be in and out and also fair prices! Thank you so much!
“I had an amazing experience with this iPhone repair technician! I initially thought I needed a camera repair, but he quickly identified that it was just a small plastic piece that needed removal. He didn’t charge me anything and was incredibly honest and kind throughout the process. Highly recommend his service!”
1 star review. Terrible customer service. I received a quote for screen replacement. Was told to come in on a certain day. Took a work day off to get it done. Lost $150 from work only to be told to come another day for the screen wasn't there. I didn't get a call from them about the issue. Poor management.
I hate to write this review; I really do. My 16yo son, however, did not seek my advice and chose Mr. Phone for the replacement of his Iphone 16 screen. Upon installation, neither my son nor I were happy with the quality of the screen--its resolution was inconsistent and often seemed fuzzy. We returned to seek a refund or exchange, and the operator said a new, better screen would cost $500 (the first was $250). He did offer to have us pay only for the difference to upgrade; however, we chose not to pursue this because of the overall poor value given the cost of a used phone. Here is where it gets ugly... I don't know exactly what happened, but several days later, somehow, my son messed up that screen (I know, I know--even for 16 that is bad, but it is beside the point)! This time, he took it to a phone repair shop I had used adjacent to Towers Mall. That repair service confirmed that the screen previously installed was all but garbage--basically a "fifty dollar" screen.... Mr. Phone had charged us $250.00! Read that again--$250.00 for a $50.00 screen! That is a heck of mark up--WAY too much by most standards!!! My son spent $250.00 AGAIN (I was not part of this, mind you), but, at least, THIS TIME, got a remarkably improved screen that all but seemed to compare with the original! I regret ever visiting Mr. Phone and suggest that you find another repair shop, that is unless that mark-up seems reasonable to you. Additionally, you will find that shop by Towers to be much cleaner, better organized, and, overall, MORE professional. Buyer beware, as they say!
I took my phone in because I suspected I had internal damage that was affecting my network stability. I expected to have to drop my phone off and come back for it hours or days later but that was not the case. I was very impressed with the fact that I was in and out in probably 15 minutes for a very reasonable price. I also very much appreciated the fact that I was shown the damaged circuits and was able to watch the repair on a television screen. Thank you and I will definitely be recommending your shop to anyone who may need your services.
