Pipe bursted during the snowstorm this year so I tried Davis for the first time. Their customer service and dispatch representatives were extremely respectful and personable. Corey got to my house in just a few hours and quickly resolved the issue. Will be recommending the company to all of my neighbors!
Donte and his associate were amazing. Great personalities , very friendly and informative. Would definitely have back again for any follow up work or recommend to family and friends. Very pleased with service. We had HVAC maintenance check and had a UV filter system added. We have be using Davis for many years and have always been treated wonderfully and the work has always been exceptional.
Travis is knowledgeable with a patient and caring personality. He gives Davis Heating and Cooling an excellent reputation. We highly recommend them for heat pump purchase and service. Today 11/20/2025 the unit was installed. The installation was a great success. Jason Shortridge and Robert Umeck installed the unit and stepped though how to use it. They are both great representatives of your company and did an excellent job with the installation. Great job.
