After evaluating a few vendors, we chose Fortress based on their expertise, professionalism, and price estimate. They did not try to oversell us and helped us thoughtfully consider our options to address our concerns. We ended up having Ethan & Sam perform the work at our home and they did an excellent job. They were timely, respectful, communicative, and efficient. We are pleased with the outcome and even happier with the warranty - even though we won’t need it! Kudos to the entire Fortress team on a positive experience!

I had a great experience with Fortress Foundations fixing my front porch. Ethan and Sam did an amazing job and clearly worked very hard to make sure everything was done right. The project took a full day, and their dedication to getting my porch perfect really showed. Ethan kept in great contact with me throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated. Both he and Sam were very professional and took the time to explain the work they completed as well as the next steps. I’m very thankful for the amazing job they did and would definitely recommend Fortress Foundations to anyone needing foundation work!

TL;DR: Fortress Foundation Solutions demonstrated exceptional knowledge, integrity, and value throughout my experience with them. They will not try to sell you something unless you truly need it, which is refreshing. I originally contacted FFS (along with two other foundation companies) after noticing what appeared to be a bow on the interior side of a foundation wall. I was concerned it might worsen over time. The other two companies provided quotes to “fix” the issue, but FFS (specifically Matt Miller) properly determined that the appearance was caused by the original concrete form bowing during the pour. He explained that it was not a str... TL;DR: Fortress Foundation Solutions demonstrated exceptional knowledge, integrity, and value throughout my experience with them. They will not try to sell you something unless you truly need it, which is refreshing. I originally contacted FFS (along with two other foundation companies) after noticing what appeared to be a bow on the interior side of a foundation wall. I was concerned it might worsen over time. The other two companies provided quotes to “fix” the issue, but FFS (specifically Matt Miller) properly determined that the appearance was caused by the original concrete form bowing during the pour. He explained that it was not a structural concern and actually recommended that I not use their services, as it was a non-issue. Matt took the time to explain the reasoning behind his conclusion. I later confirmed his assessment by digging three feet down on the exterior side of the wall and verifying that it was not bowed at all. This experience demonstrated not only FFS’s superior knowledge, but also their integrity. They were willing to turn away work rather than recommend an unnecessary repair. To show my appreciation, I decided to redirect the funds I had originally set aside for foundation repair toward crawlspace encapsulation (something I had planned to do later but was able to move up on my to-do list). Sam, Nick, Tone, and Brian made the entire process seamless, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

We had water coming in through our basement window well and hydrostatic pressure against our foundation wall. Fortress Foundation Solutions saved the day and we just wrapped up our basement waterproofing project with the basement gutter system and new sump pump and backup battery. Our job was installed by Santiago, David, and Jorge. I can’t praise these guys enough. They showed up on time, were professional, polite and courteous, took extra care in protecting my basement and HVAC system from the concrete dust, kept me up to date and in the loop on the process from beginning to end, and Santiago answered all my questions about the install and... Fortress Foundation Solutions saved the day and we just wrapped up our basement waterproofing project with the basement gutter system and new sump pump and backup battery. Our job was installed by Santiago, David, and Jorge. I can’t praise these guys enough. They showed up on time, were professional, polite and courteous, took extra care in protecting my basement and HVAC system from the concrete dust, kept me up to date and in the loop on the process from beginning to end, and Santiago answered all my questions about the install and best ways to approach reframing up and insulating my basement. They did top notch work at a reasonable price. You can see the before where it’s very clear where water was coming into my basement, photos of how they installed the basement gutter system, and the after - no more water coming in my basement! Highly recommend this company for your waterproofing needs!
