They are quick to respond regardless of day or time, and are equally quick to diagnose and fix any problem. They are honest, invested, knowledgeable, and willing to educate homeowners on all their system needs and requirements. We had an incredible experience with Cardinal Mechanical Services for our recent well repair. We woke up to no water on a Saturday morning and called them after trying to troubleshoot the issue ourselves. The person on the phone, Keith, was calm, reassuring, and came out the same day. Keith and his coworker were fantastic. They arrived on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the problem as a failed well pump and explained the repair process. The work was done efficiently, and they even took the time to answer all our questions. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. This is a great company to work with! I got home from a trip on Jan 1, 2024. That night, all of a sudden no water. I called their office number at about 9:00pm. The owner answered!! I told him no need to come out the night, but I would like to get on the schedule first thing the next morning. He said he would be here around 8:30. He showed up, determined the issue quickly (my 1999 pump had locked up) pulled the pump and found a couple of other issues with the pipe. I had him replace the pump, questionable pipe and electrical cable down in the well. He also gave me other suggestions for maintenance purposes. Water was back on by noon. Very professional and I felt his pricing was very reasonable.
