Appreciated getting a relatively early delivery. Installer professional and friendly. Thorough explanation of use of washer and Agren’s responsibilities. Would recommend to family and neighbors.

My wife and I went in to buy appliances and a washer and dryer for our new home. We were fortunate to get Will as our salesman. He was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and was very patient with us. We ordered all the items we wanted including a new bed and was given and reasonable time line for delivery. Will was very attentive at getting us all the discounts and rebates we could possibly get!! Even got the dishwasher install for free. Highly recommend Agren and Will.

Jonah was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time with us to answer all of our questions and then some which we much appreciated! He was personable and so friendly made us very comfortable And confident about choosing Agren for our purchase.

I been looking to buy a new refrigerator for awhile now shopping at different appliance stores and always ended up back at Agren Appliance in Auburn. Jonah was the sales associate I spoke with. As many times that I went in person, emailed or called him with all the questions I had, Jonah was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. I can't wait until my new refrigerator gets delivered. It was a five Star experience. Drew, our service rep, was very pleasant, very knowledgeable, and ready to explain and answer any questions we had. Definitely feel Drew and Argen are way above any experience we've ever had at Lowe's or Home Depot. Further, although Argen has the higher priced elite appliances, they also have very competitive pricing for the non-elite appliances. I will always start any further appliance searches at Argen's.
