Extended unnecessarily their "treatment" of our home and took far longer than necessary to do what could and should have been done immediately, even after I asked, without answer, why this was going the way it was. Of course this ended up with an enormous invoice for a three week process that should have been a week or less. Never really addressed these assertions; simply used the insurance company as a shield. Simply took advantage of my bad situation and milked more time out of this than they should have.
