Rick is an amazing technician. Very polite, friendly and thorough. He made sure we had a pleasant experience and knew everything we needed to know for any future repair calls. If we ever need assistance again we hope to have him for our technician.

The Appliance Guys are the best! Joe arrived to fix our dryer on the early side of the time window we were given, and he was great! He was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond for us. He explained the problem with the dryer, fixed it, and then proceeded to clean the entire appliance. An added bonus was that he located almost twenty dollars in change that we mysteriously had hidden in the depths of the dryer. Who knew? We will continue to use The Appliance Guys for all our appliance maintenance needs, and we will recommend them to everyone without reservation. Thank you to Joe and this incredible business!

The Appliance Guys are the best! They sent their technician Rick out to work on our stove. He showed up and was prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. He did an amazing job fixing our stove, and even took the time to answer questions that I had about how to use certain features on my appliances. He also laid a mat down to put his tools on when he set them down. I have never seen a repairman care as much as Rick did. Thank you again for for providing such AMAZING customer service! I highly recommend The Appliance Guys, they won't disappoint!
