I am really surprised to see the high ratings this is the worst water experience I have ever gone thru. I rent where I am and I referred this company to my my landlord because I knew the former owner. Big mistake, the former owner would never let this happen to a customer. 5 years ago we had a system put in it worked for 1 year out of 5. The have since abandon us. Run from Dunbar water they are horrible.
Dunbar Water is easy to work with. When I receive a water quality test for a client's property, I forward it to Dunbar Water and they get back to me immediately with options on how to treat the water and quotes on how much the treatment methods will be. This makes it easy to help guide my clients on how to proceed. I feel confident recommending Dunbar Water to my clients!
I had Dunbar water install a neutralizer in my house, and while they were on site evaluating I asked about my poor water pressure. They said it was in expansion tank so I had that replaced as well. Upon installation our water pressure did not improve and we lost all hot water after 1 minute of run time. I was told my water pump needed replacement. Fast forward, my water pump has been replaced and my water pressure and heat issue were not resolved. So I called Dunbar water back and they sent out their plumber who told me to replace the thermostatic mixer. So I took his advice and went out, bought the mixer and installed it. Once again it did not resolve the problem. Next time I know. Severely disappointed
Blown away by the service, honesty, professionalism and knowledge of Corey and Dunbar Water. When our water had an odor, I was ready for the hard sell. Corey was quick to come out, answer our million +1 questions, get our water tested and give us fair and honest options. Never was there pressure or a pitch to purchase anything unnecessary, just a genuine care for our wants, needs and well being. Great pricing, great service! Very refreshing!
I called Dunbar Water before moving into my new home. I wanted to test my water for Radon to ensure it would be safe for my young child. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, they were very quick with their response time, and they were very easy to work with. I will definitely use them again!
