Our experience was very positive. Robert Roth listened to what our needs and comfort wishes were for a mattress. He showed us several different types of mattresses at different price ranges and explained the differences between the coil and Posturepedic memory foam. There was absolutely no pressure when we told him we wanted to go home and discuss the different options and make our decision. Once we made our decision, I called and placed the order over the phone. He made the whole process very easy and pain free!

Robert Roth our sales consultant assisted us to purchase our new LG stove. Wonderful and easy to do business with and very professional all through our process. He scheduled our delivery for Thursday and our delivery was right on time and took about 25 min and we had a new stove with bells and whistles. So happy. Our delivery team Dakota, Brody and Parker engaged and engineered our old to new stove with ease. Also started it up and gave me a quick tutorial. Thank you so much. Bev Reynolds

Very positive, no pressure experience at the Topsham location. Dave Ouellette was very helpful, answered all of my questions and listened carefully. The delivery and installation crew were great --on time, friendly, and professional. The price of the washer I bought matched the big box store. I prefer buying where I can also count on service, and where I feel confident I'll be treated well in the future if there are any issues with the machine

Visited the Topsham location this week and it was so positive! Wonderful help as soon as we walked in. (David Ouellete I believe?) Plenty of clear info on the appliances I was interested in. I left having purchased a 4 piece kitchen set (on sale with rebate!) and scheduled delivery! I’ll definitely be back later to order a stacking washer/dryer combo! Five stars!
