Building Maintenance Plus

Rocky and crew are great to work with. Professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and they get the job done. Quality work, no corner cutting. Have used these guys for several projects in the past and recently replaced flooring in two rooms. Highly recommend across a number of projects and will definitely use again.

Rocky and his partner John were top notch. I needed two front doors worked on (one replaced and one adjusted). They did everything they could to make sure my doors were just right. Great guys, too. Easy to contact and communicate with. And very responsive. I won't hesitate to call Rocky and have Building Maintenance Plus for my next project.

FIVE STARS!!! Rocky, John and JR saved the day. We request BMP to come out and assess some work done by a previous contractor. The contractor had basically abandoned the job and had installed the framework. Rocky came out and explained in detail what was wrong and that basically the whole thing was a mess. We worked together with the city inspector and got things moving. They were out right away and worked super hard to get everything fixed and finished. It took about a week. Rocky and John with Building Maintenance Plus are great to work with. I've hired them twice now, both for smaller projects but stuff that needed to be done - my concrete steps had fallen off the front of our house, and the second time we had water damage in a tricky corner in the ceiling of our bathroom. Both times it was painless to get on their schedule, even though my projects weren't very big. Rocky and John clearly care about the quality of their work and their arrival at my property was communicated promptly, if there was any need for a delay, I was notified.
