It’s a joy to find a great vendor or repair service, and it makes me happy to recommend Brown’s Appliance Service. Jon returned my call promptly, said when he would call to pin down the service visit, and did everything as promised. He took our Whirlpool washer partially apart, and showed me clearly where the problems were, and he pulled up the replacement parts on his cell, and showed them and each cost to me, providing the total, which he offered was just about the cost of a replacement machine. Not stopping there, he showed me that a local vendor had the very same machine on sale for just $20 more than the parts would have cost to repair the old one. So, he surrendered his repair job, and for a mere $20 we purchased a brand-new machine. And his charge for all of this was next to nothing. I’ve not met a more professional, friendly, efficient person, and I couldn’t say enough good things about him and his company.
