We’ve had nothing but positive experiences with this company! From the in-home estimate, to the team that came to measure the replacement door and new storm door, to the prompt notifications letting us know that weather conditions were inappropriate for door installation, culminating with the day of installation. The 3-person crew was on time, polite, and friendly. I was also impressed as I overheard the more experienced installers giving detailed, but patient instruction to the newer installer. They were professional and clearly take pride in their work, each other, and their company. I would not hesitate to hire them again for our next door or window installation.

We could not be happier with our new windows! I have to admit I was a bit anxious about the installation process but Adam G., Joe B., and Drew H. were not only very friendly but their skill set was amazing. The install was done efficiently and professionally. With help from Chad we chose a window style and color that is in keeping with our OLD storybook Tudor home- the windows look like they belong in this old house. The product quality is outstanding, exceeding our expectations. From the initial proposal, to the weekly updates, to the install team -the customer service that Window Universe provided was second to none! Thanks so much for a wonderful experience.

From the initial contact to when they drove away they were the most friendly, professional, and high quality company I’ve ever had work on my home. I cannot recommend highly enough!!!!! They took such pride in their work and truly cared about what they were installing and it showed. The warranty is included in the price and totally worth it. There was no sales pitch or “discounts”. Communication was very clear and regular. They were on time every time. And of course our new windows and doors are beautiful! I literally have nothing negative to say about Window Universe. I’ll use them for everything I can in the future.
