Window Expo Cleveland

We recently had our windows installed by Window Expo, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Donnie handled the exterior installation, and the finished work looks incredibly clean and professional. Everything on the outside looks sharp, precise, and very well done. It’s clear he takes pride in his craftsmanship. Mason completed the interior work and was equally impressive. He was super friendly, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly so we understood the process and what to expect. His customer service was outstanding from start to finish. What really stood out to us was Mason’s honesty. He identified a manufacturer defect in one of the windows and immediately brought it to our attention. Not only that, but he made sure to put in a ticket right away to have it replaced. That level of transparency and integrity truly meant a lot to us. It’s reassuring to work with a company that values honesty and does the right thing without being asked. Overall, the workmanship, professionalism, and customer care exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Window Expo and truly appreciate the great work from both Donnie and Mason.

I recently had 23 windows installed by Window Expo in my Rockey River home. The entire staff from office support to the project manager and installation team were friendly, professional and easy to work with. Ryan was knowledgeable about the product, demonstrated the window's features, made me comfortable with the purchase and kept me updated by email on progress along the way. Steven's installation team did a wonderful job and answered all my questions. They worked quickly and methodically, like a well oiled machine. The exterior trim work was superb. Several deteriorated areas around the original window trim were capped to look like new. Manufacturing delays had postponed the original scheduled installation date a few weeks. The insulation was scheduled to take place over a day and a half, however, the crew arrived about 11:30 a.m. and were able to complete the entire installation in a little more than half a day, just ahead of an extended period of single digit temperatures that surely would have prevented work for another week or more.

We recently had 13 windows in our home replaced by Window Expo and I couldn't have been happier with how everything went. Sean came to our house and did a great job explaining all the facts, pricing and choices that we had for replacements. He made the choice very easy for us. We got several emails updating us along the way which was helpful to know that things were still on track for installation. The day of the install, Donnie and Mason did a wonderful job. They were quick, very personable and worked like a well oiled machine. I truly couldn't believe how fast things came together. All in all, I couldn't be happier with the windows and the entire process.
