Affordable pricing, exceptional customer service and in the installers were quit k and efficient. Although I had to call them back to add the edge around the window, Sue and Rich were great, very responsive and ensured the installers came out at the soonest opportunity to resolve the issue. Highly recommend this company! Very much appreciate you Sue and Rich for first class service I received.
Sue and Rich at Cutting Edge Glass are hands down, amazing. I needed to get a windshield replaced in my car, which also happened to have some other issues I was needing to take care of. They got the window replaced in no time and at a fair price. Sue is very knowledgeable on all things cars, so she was able to give me some insight as to what might be wrong with my car and was able to recommend a shop to get it checked out. Everything took under an hour and I was on my way with my car good as new. I cannot recommend Cutting Edge Glass enough!
The class of the people at the Brookpark location is beyond the scope of professionalism. They are the best group of people I have ever met in a work environment! They are very kind, generous and their work ethic is unparalleled. This is the second car I have brought to be serviced here and I highly recommend them for all car glass repair. Five star is not even enough to rate the owners and their employees!
