Highly recommend Bill and his crew. I just purchased a home the Cleveland area and was hesitant to hire a contractor that I did not know personally, especially one that would be doing such a big job. Bill was patient answering all of my questions, communicated the process every step of the way and installed 19 beautiful windows in our home. His crew did a wonderful job. They were prompt, friendly, extremely thorough and cleaned up the work area once the job was finished. I got multiple quotes, from different companies and Bill’s was competitive and fair. He did not try to upsell and was very up front on timing and what the process would be from start to finish. The windows even came in an earlier than expected. As an added bonuses Bill even recommended a few other local businesses to do other work I needed completed. I can’t say enough good things about Bill and his company. Honest, hardworking guy that I highly recommend!

Love our new windows! I had 3 quotes and chose Bill and Advance Glass due to professionalism, price, beautiful quality of the Provia windows (love that they are made right here in Ohio!). We had 11 windows replaced. The things we liked about Bill were: no manipulation sales tactics, straightforward zero pressure answers to questions, no gimmicks (BOGO anyone?), and he brought a sample window-which surprisingly some salespeople didn't bother to bring. Bill also followed up via text/phone for the next few weeks afterward as we did not make our decision right away. In fact we made the decision about 6 weeks afterward. His patience was appreciated. The actual window features are very easy to use and already we notice a difference from our previous 35 year old windows. Is it okay to be excited to not have to climb on a ladder to clean our windows finally? :) And finally, it was refreshing to have a timely, professional install. The 2 men who showed up were older (see: my age) seasoned hard working installers-so appreciated this. They did not waste any time and were very conscientious of keeping our floors clean and covered. They took care to vacuum and clean up any work area. The outside trim on the windows was done so well and is such an improvement to our home. Would definitely recommend Advance Glass to anyone considering windows.
