We selected Integrity Windows and Doors because we like to work with local small-to-medium sized establishments. After calling to schedule a consultation, we were helped soon-after by Tim Folger who was delightful and offered a ton of explanation and guidance on the materials and the process. Tim was not pushy on doing more than we wanted to do and I think he knew that good customer experience means repeat customers -- I know I'll use Integrity for any further window or door replacements in the future. The installation was quick with two guys installing two windows, one picture window, and two doors in a day. After they were finished, they left the areas very tidy. Very happy with the service and the price. I'm finally making this review months later, but after the most recent winter storm affecting most of the Northeast and temperatures dropping below 0, I have extremely high praise for the materials they select. The old picture window I used to have in particular used to frost in the cold and you could feel a stream of cold air coming off of it onto the couch. No longer -- with the new picture window (and the "low-E" design) you couldn't tell it was cold outside at all. My old door also used to let in a constant stream of cold air, and the weather sealing on the new door prevents 99% of that flow. It has made a _big_ difference. Our furnace used to struggle to keep up in the winter and dropped 5-10 degrees below our 73-degree setting; this winter the furnace did not deviate from its setting _at all_ despite temperatures remaining at 0 or below longer than previous winter seasons. This is a very good company that does very good work!
