Went to Joe's to get a cracked screen on a laptop repaired. Joe explained the process to fix and looked up the parts needed online while I waited. The cost was prohibitive with a new screen so Joe checked Ebay for a used laptop that might work. We decided not to repair because the laptop is still working and the cost was too high for the part. Even though I didn't go forward with the repair, Joe was nice enough to clean my laptop before I left. Will definitely come back here with any other computer problems. He seemed super busy too. The phone didn't stop ringing and by the time I left there were 3 people waiting to see him.
