Spritzo – Providence Kitchen & Bath Showroom

This store was recommended to me by a kitchen cabinet company. So I dropped in to look at their inventory for what I needed. There was only one person in the showroom during my visit. She did not look up from her computer or greet me in any way. I walked around and eventually went back to her desk to find out where I should be looking. She pointed to a hall and sent me on my way. There was no additional help. I wondered if I needed to make an appointment to get some service. If I did, she never suggested it. This was not a problem when I went down the road to the competition and got all of my questions answered and I learned more about my options.

It was our first time redoing the bathroom and we couldn’t be more delighted of having LeeAnn Ledo the sale design consultant to help us out. She is the best, she helped us pick my dream bathroom tub with the bubble massage/whirlpool features and the other bathroom fixtures. We looked up online and just couldn’t find the right match until a friend recommended this place and we came here. LeeAnn was super helpful and almost helped us with all our fixture needs. She has a lot of knowledge and can get you anything if it’s not in their stock. We were able to get some discount too, we just happened to ask her. Most of the people would assume it gets pricey when you come to these elite stores but the quality and design is everything. This is a very good store and I would highly recommend it.
