Amazing place ,very friendly people and knowledgeable,I picked up my gaming pc today ,and I am beyond happy ,they took care of everything,this is my first time building my pc and nothing showed on the monitor ,I took it to itech and they took care of it for me ,for all new pc builders ,head to pctech in providence ri, for your pc gaming issue 10/10 highly recommended

George is very nice here! He helped me find a correct screw for the back panel of my Lenovo laptop, from a box of so many different types of screws. He is very patient and friendly, and did not charge me anything for this.

This place is the best! They helped fix my laptop during a stressful situation! The apple store told me they couldn’t fix my computer without wiping all of the data, but PC Tech fixed my computer AND saved the data. All for a reasonable price and in less than 24 hours! Needless to say, I highly recommend this spot! I will be coming here for all of my computer and tech needs in the future. Thank you PC Tech Team!
