Brought my 11 inch 3rd Gen ipad for a broken charger port. If i can give them 3.5 i would mostly because they did fix the problem, but when reinstalling the screen parts of it, are slightly pushed in more than the other side. Although they did clean it up before giving it to me, it was more of a quick wipe down so there was still dried glue i had to scrape of the front and back with a kit i have to prevent scratches when removing glue residue. Last note is the micro gaps around the bezel that still have glue flakes around it which i tried to show On the second photo. I’m very nitpicky about my tech so i can feel and see every flaw from before giving it in. I would assume they don’t get too much of these ipads so respect for getting close since apple doesn’t make it easy to fix these. So i leave it at 3 stars. Side note they are cool guys and very knowledgeable so this review is based off my inspection of my pad.
