**Update: I would like to make it very clear that I was absolutely willing to pay for a new battery. But being charged for a second piece of glass, which was made clear was my only option, was why I didn’t want to continue with this company. Don’t gaslight me. Haha** I went to this shop because they had good reviews. I unfortunately did not have the same experience. The back glass on my phone needed to be replaced. The guy told me the battery looked fine and they would be able to do it. Once it was done, they gave it back to me in the case and told me to not remove it from the case for 24 hours so that the adhesive wouldn’t shift. The next day when I went to put my phone in a new case, the glass was puffed up from the phone, there was glue on the corners, and the glass had a crack across were it was raised. I called and they told me to bring it back in. Now they wanted to replace the battery, fine, but they wanted to charge me for the glass again… even though their replacement didn’t hold up 24hrs… that’s a bit scammy, no thank you.
