Roman no-showed our consult we scheduled the day prior. He did not communicate a change in plans or reply via text or phone when I tried to contact him 20 minutes after our scheduled time thinking he may be running behind. We try to give grace to contractors but ultimately this was a waste of my wife and I's time and a demonstrated lack of professionalism and care for clients.

Roman and Alex did a great job in renovating our bathroom. Roman listened to our thoughts and provided additional ideas, such as adding a ceiling light inside the shower (which we love!). He also explained the process before and during the work.
