A+ all around. I called Dave at A Providence Solution for help with an unresponsive laptop and an overheating error in my gaming PC. He proved to be both knowledgeable and courteous, he even took the time to give me a house call. From start to finish, he was a pleasure to work with and I'll be contacting him again should the need arise. I think its worth working with local shops like Dave's because they care about and are a part of the community they serve rather than being some faceless corporation. If you're on the fence, I'd say give him a chance.
