What an amazing experience. After working 16 hours straight the last thing I wanted to do was take my car into the shop. Thankfully, I was met with an amazing store manager, who was not only personable, but very honest. Fortunately, my car issues were very minor, but I can assure you that if you want a world class, staff and exceptional people working on your car this is the place to go!

I went today to Monroe muffler in Somersworth, New Hampshire, For a complete exhaust system. James was filling in from another store. He immediately noticed an error in the ordering of the parts needed for the repair. He also noted errors in the paperwork processed for the repairs. James saved me $400 because a part was ordered that was not needed. Mike, the mechanic, did an excellent job installing the entire muffler system. Mike was very knowledgeable. The three men on duty, James, Mike, and Rocco, were very professional, very courteous, and very knowledgeable. They did an outstanding job and saved me money. Thank you guys!!!

Thank you to Mario for doing the oil change on my car. Took me in asap and I was on my way to run some errands. Super satisfied with the service and the store looks amazing and clean.

If I could give no stars I would. I scheduled an oil change and front end alignment with them. I get to their shop and ask about the cost, because nowhere on their website do they make any reference to prices or even rough estimates. They charged me almost $100 for an oil change. While I was shopping in Walmart waiting for them to finish the oil change (because I paused the alignment due to the cost of the oil change) they drew up an estimate for the front alignment, new tires, and a new battery, saying my tires are unsafe (they're not) and they they won't do an alignment unless I buy new tires.
