The after purchase communication is very poor. I ordered an item on October 27, 2025 and I was told by the sales person that delivery would be in about 5 weeks. According to the order receipt the item would be shipped from the manufacturer on December 9. The sales person told me they would call me when the item was in transit. They did not. I called and was told it would be delivered next week. I was called on December 16 and arranged for delivery on December 18. The sales person told me that I would receive a text message in the morning with a delivery window. I did not. I called and the sales person told me he would contact the delivery driver and get back to me. It is now over 3 hours and I have not received any response.
