Recently, I have problems with my GE washing machine not draining. I had Best Buy come out here three×1st time to diagnose the problem. Second time to replace the drain pump third time to replace the inverter board and the problem persisted. I called GE consumer relations at that time they gave me four names of GE technicians that worked in the Chattanooga area. I called one of the four technicians which was southern appliance solutions made an appointment and Jason came out diagnosed the problem which was the drain pump and a motor at that time he recommended that I called GE consumer relations and order a motor since it was under warranty and then have Best Buy come out here and replace the drain pump which has a one-year warranty, which must have been defective in the installation. I then called Best Buy and told them I had a motor for them to install when they came back out to put in a drain pump for the second time. At that time, I was told that they would put in the drain pump but because they had not diagnosed the problem with the motor, they weren't willing to put that in. I called southern appliance solutions explained the situation got an appointment, which was for five days out after booking the appointment about an hour later Jason called me asked me if I was gonna be home came out here and replaced the motor so if you're looking for somebody that gives you excellent customer service services good pricing, and you feel confident in their work I highly recommend southern appliance solutions specifically Jason

I recently moved and had to have my Washer/Dryer installed and stacked due to a much smaller laundry room. I also needed a prong changed and the water and steam connected. Pretty simple requests, right? I called quite a few places and was not impressed with the responses or understanding of what I needed. Most didn't seem to care or be in any hurry to assist or were "too busy" to work me into the schedule. THEN, I found Southern Appliance Solutions - Jason was fantastic. He completely understood what I needed done, got me on the schedule, came out when he said he would, brought the parts and another installer (Josh) and got me squared away in no time. My washer and dryer are working as expected without any issues. Both Jason and Josh were a delight to have in my home. They were knowledgeable, efficient, effective and were so pleasant. Both were very quality oriented and made sure everything was done correctly. I HIGHLY recommend SAS!!!!
