Signature Appliance Repair

My wife and I are very pleased with the work by William fron signature appliance. He was very nice and respectful. Explained all he needed to do and did a great job. Cleaned up and took all the trash with him. He was unable to haul away the old oven because he had a small van with him, but he had spoken to the company, and someone from Signature would be picking it up. Thank you, William. Son in Law purchased dishwasher (Bosch) from Home Depot and at almost 2 years old and water started backing up inside. The extended warranty is with Allstate and their tech never showed up. With the recommendation of a friend, we connected with Signature Appliances. My first contact to schedule was with Aubrey. She was AWESOME. Very helpful, kind and understanding. She is very efficient with communication via text messaging. Today Larry arrived in a timely manner and diagnosed the issue. First of all, he found that the install techs with Home Depot installed the dishwasher hoses wrong which caused water to back up into the dishwasher. Secondly, he was able to reset the dishwasher and hoping all works well going forward. Even for myself I learned some very helpful tips from Larry. Another factor that impressed me is his work is guaranteed for 30 days for travel and call out fee. Very pleased with the whole experience and HIGHLY recommend this coming. Fantastic service! I appreciated every step. The receptionist was kind and knowledgeable. I am always reassured when service personnel call first. Nick called before arrival. Nick was able to verify and walk me through possible activity that could cause the issue, then fixed said issue. Nick was wrapped up in under an hour and left a clean area. Nick was friendly, prepared, and confident in his work.We'll definitely be using their service again, if needed. Highly recommend!
