We originally had our device repaired elsewhere after a Walmart-related repair attempt, and unfortunately the replacement screen only lasted three days before the display went completely black. When we went back, they refused to honor the warranty, which was extremely disappointing. At that point, we decided to take the phone to iPatch, and I’m genuinely glad we did.
