I have used Stateline Electronics for all of my personal PC repairs, MacBook repairs, my work pc repairs and IT work as well. I have been a customer for over a decade and can’t say enough good things about my experiences with Stateline. Ben and Morgan both do a great job, very professional & skilled at what they do with prices that can’t be beat. I highly recommend them.
Good advice . Helpful . Not much available in the Apple line . They lean towards games and notebooks.
Brought my ps5 for a hdmi port replacement. Only took one day (I brought it at the end of there open hours) very nice and charismatic employees who will be honest abt the issues at hand and accurately explain the time it will take to resolve the issue. Will return if I ever have to!
I have a newer car where the map console lights are LED on a circuit board, However, they are still the daylight yellow looking lights. I wanted them changed to the cool white lights. I was able to get the board out, buy the chip bulbs and take it to Ben for him to replace and solder the new ones on. I was very nervous about messing up an expensive circuit board but he was very professional and confident about doing it. I dropped it off and was called later that day that it was ready. The price was very reasonable and it works perfectly! I’m so very pleased with this experience.
By far the best service and company I've ever dealt with. My older Mac was having some issues and after being quoted $400 from another store, I called Stateline. I spoke with Ben on the phone before I went over and he attempted to troubleshoot my issue over the phone. He kept the laptop for 2-3 days and then called me to advise on what the issue was and the cost of the replacement part. The issue was fixed and cost me less than $100! He even included lots of free and friendly advise about upgrades and gave me a keyboard protector for free as well. Absolutely amazing service and top notch customer care. Will certainly be advising all my friends to go here for their computer issues and if anyone is reading this while comparing places in town, trust us, this place is the best!
