My phone died last month. It happens, and usually you just replace it. However, I had important information and couldn’t back it up in time. I was referred by a neighbor and was amazed by how responsive Rob was. He treated this as an emergency since the phone got wet and was likely impossible to recover data from. I’m very grateful for his knowledge and fast response. I highly recommend them!

They were super nice and fast with replacing my IPad Air 4 screen and it was super super cheap! I asked them if they could apply a screen protector that I brought on as I got it and they did! Although the screen protectors were not the best he ended up ordering me a new screen protector free of charge. Of the three protectors, none of them looked to his standards so he ended up ordering me a tempered glass one free of charge. They go above and beyond super chill guys!
