Trey did an excellent job of explaining all aspects of adding a line, purchasing a new phone, up front costs, and future billings. Got a brand new IPhone and added a line for about $30 less monthly than Verizon and T-Mobile billings in the past.

The representatives were super friendly and helpful. I was going to wait and go out of town. But glad I kept it local because it was a great experience and better than I could have got out of town.

Well, this is my first phone, literally, and probably fifteen years.I know I know, but I do have had tablets and my husband and I are normally always together.So I had no need one but times change and my purse is can't get any bigger tablets, are kind of bulky to carry around with. That said my husband had went online did his. Research, and I did mine. He found a good priced phone. Top of the line newest generation phone S 25 ultra.. Same one I had been looking at so we found a deal through verizon online and since my husband has t mobile, I really didn't want to have t mobile, so off to Verizon store, we go in. Ely Nevada Altman street. Mi... So we marched in said, hey, we're looking into getting a phone explain the situation and showed them the deal that we found online, and they explain to us. They are a third party store. They might not be able to give us the same deal if it doesn't come up in their system. But luckily it did, but if it hadn't, they were more than happy to help us do it online through my husband's foam. If necessary so there is no problem there. We got up for the deal. We wanted it was smooth easy. The 2 gentlemen and the young lady were very nice jokingly. Casual No stress, no fuss. It was great before I left the store, they even put my photos on there. Which automatically sync to this fancy new phone of mine just by putting my email in. It was awesome. I am still learning it, but I'll get it so thank you to all 3 of you for a very good experience. And if I do have any problems, I will be coming back. Even if I don't, I still will be coming back. Thank you very much for Everything you do for this rookie on cell phones.. overall, they got my business and to be honest, i'm picky.I'm one of those people that will go to different stores.Go online to different stores.Different products examine?You know all that good stuff.And if I don't feel comfortable and if I do not understand what they are saying, a lot of salespeople talk through you not with you. Its basically talking in another language that I do not understand and they had me understanding it. So that's a good thing. I highly reckon this store and also a note for all they do not pick and choose just Verizon products. If you have another brand or another carrier, a phone, they will help you. If it's to fix it or replace it, whatever it doesn't have to be through Verizon for them to help you, they're there to help all and in a small town that means a lot. P.S. & T. K.
