Very friendly helps out right away, That's why I've been with Verizon for over 25 years
Thanks to Aimee (Biloxi) for her amazing performance restoring my phone. A phone rep had me delete eSIM and I had to go in store to get it resolved. She should be leading trainings if she isn’t already.
I received answers for all my questions and had a very knowledgeable and polite associate helping me. Superb experience!
I never give bad reviews, however, this store located in Biloxi, Ms is a miss representation of Verizon. I’ve been a loyal customer of Verizon for many years. I recently purchased a new phone while out of state and as always, I was charged the taxes, setup/activation fee as well as purchased a few items such as; case, plug, etc., which I paid with my debit card on the spot. Fast forward 3 weeks and my new bill comes out and low and behold I’m charged the activation fee for said line again. I called Verizon (611) from my phone, spoke with rep, at which time she could not see the receipt from store and if I was charged the activation fee they would make an adjustment, fair enough right. I call the store in Biloxi, Ms and they told me the fee they charged had nothing to do with Verizon, that was their personal fee (what?) how can it not have nothing to do with Verizon, you have their Name on your building, you are a Verizon store. Long story, short, their not a Verizon store they’re Russell Cellular store and Verizon does not back them when they over charge customers in the name of Verizon. However, they have Verizon on front of their store. Receipts have nothing about Verizon on them, (after they get your money), this is revealed. See photo below; sure doesn’t have real name on building. Paying twice to have same line activated. This is where class action law suits are born. I would not recommend going to this store to get your phone. No doubt you will be charge double.
