T-Mobile at Sam's Club

The T-mobile staff, at Sam’s Club, are all excellent. I dealt with Chris and Isaac and they were both very knowledgeable. They helped me resolve issues with AT&T that I had spent hours on the phone trying to resolve. Issac was extremely helpful and talked me through all he did while getting my new phone set up. Issac is very professional, very easy to talk to and very-very tech savvy.

I cannot express how thankful I am for Nick. He goes way way above and beyond to help you on a business and personal level. He made it so easy to switch. We switched over from Verizon after 7 years of rates going up and no señor discounts. T-Mobile has a lot more perks than Verizon. Nick is so polite, knowledgeable and very tech savvy in what he does and keeps customer's very pleased. One of the first things he said was that even tho its just a kiosk they are corporate, so he is able to do a lot more than the stores. We've had no issues with T-Mobile services. Issac was extremely professional and yet made us feel so comfortable. He assisted us from our initial inquiries about just internet through showing us a better option for our phone coverage than our current carrier. We never felt hurried or pressured to make the decision. He also understood we aren’t really tech savvy enough to do the change over independently. He took care of everything for us and made us not feel overwhelmed by the change. T Mobile is very fortunate to have him representing them. He told us we can always reach out to him for any questions or concerns.

New to the area, I was nervous about switching cell phone providers. Nicholas G. was wonderful in making that transition. He provided excellent customer service and gave us the best deal. Even after the transition, he continues to be so very helpful. He is simply the best!

Thank you Emily Dyer for your hard work straightening out Maryville t-mobile’s mess. I have learned you are better off to go to a corporate store to start with.those ( authorized dealer)stores are just there to make a sale if you have a problem they just tell you to call customer support.
