I decided to upgrade my phone after Christmas. The first time I went in I sat with Jacob Wren and he helped me order a phone as there were none in stock. After I received my phone, I set up an appointment with Jacob. I was seen promptly at my 2pm appointment. I gave everything to Jacob and he proceeded to set up my new phone, transferring everything from my old phone. Put my shock cover I purchased along with a screen protector on. He showed me a few things that were new on the IPhone 17 since I replaced my iPhone 7. I rewarded him for being so thorough and patient. Excellent customer service he was a pleasure to work with. I came in irritated and left so thankful and full of gratitude. My 2 year old had locked my phone out, and completely reset it to new phone in sos mode. BRIAN the angel sent from heaven managed to get to the root of my problem even with my snarky attitude on arrival( I had this issue on going for 2/3 days) I left with my apple password reset( I had forgotten it) and my phone completely restored. The young lady( I didn't see a name tag) that "helped me" was very condescending about the issue I described. She turned the phone off and back on, called to let me know it was working. When I proceeded to tell her that was not the issue, she elevated her voice to tell me that's all they could do. She said that's all online support was going to do. She never offered anything else. I left after 5 minutes and she handed me back the phone as if I was crazy. I hoping she was having a off day. We must do better, everyone it seems is on edge.
