Had Many documents that I needed to fax. It was 430p & Id had a Very complicated day no one really very helpful anywhere I went I expected the worst But Everyone was nice. Danielle did follow up it took a lil while 4 everything to go through & she noticed me standing there a while ( little things like that matter ) And a SuperSpecialShoutout to Cameron (I believe it was) who walked clueless me through the HOW TO 's remaining friendly patient & knowledgeable. Liz at the print and ship desk is amazing. I had a critical FedEx and she went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I wish she worked at my local Office Max.

I have to give a shout out to Liz! This woman completely understands customer service! Every single time I frequent this store, mainly because Liz is so helpful, I am always impressed with her. She's super friendly, very knowledgeable, and makes whatever I need to do quick and easy. I worked for Nordstrom for 6 years and customer service was engrained in me from day one. It's something you can't unlearn. I hope you guys know the gem you have working in your store. She's an absolute keeper. You can't really teach someone to be like her. She's the reason I shop there. Thank you Liz! You're amazing!
