Really weird vibe here. Why does a cell phone repair shop need to do business behind a high security glass counter? I can expect that at a gold & silver shop, but this is supposed to be a cell phone repair shop. Come on. 99% of the reviews look fake. The accounts all have only 1-2 reviews. I came in asking about a repair and was told it was a software problem (it’s not). I guess that’s their excuse when it’s not something they can fix. I’d go someplace else.
Excellent service and very friendly staff, they repair my phone fast and everything works perfectly now, I would definitely come back if I needed to.
My old Pixel 5 phone was on its last legs. Wouldn't hold a charge for more than an hour. Screen was popping out of the phone case. Reparacell replaced the battery and got it working again like new. Fast, friendly service and reasonable prices!
These guys are awesome! One of the small thin sensors/sensor covers came off after over 2 years. I was lucky to notice. The pieces really thin and appeared to been glued on with super thin glue. Not something I was willing to attempt. He was able to fix it, it looks and works perfectly. I'm not sure if there's anything they can't fix. My observation has been they take their time and do it right. Had a really fair price as well.
