T-Mobile Experience Store

Had a work phone that was giving me some extreme difficulty and none of the basic troubleshooting was working. Went into this store and was LUCKY enough to get Garrett!! He was way more helpful than anyone else has ever been at any store including competitors V and S. Since this is "owned" by my company usually an easy way to dodge the help. Garrett realized my critical need for something to work. Verified there was nothing wrong with the actual device no hacking etc. Did all he could do to troubleshoot and got me to being able to send and receive calls cellular and wifi data but no data from cellular. This is one of the best Tmobiles you will find in the kc area. They had plenty of people working to help on the floor, which a huge plus! I received help from Garrett and Jaeden to secure my son’s iPhone and figure out some issues I had with my account. The store manager Dylan was able to clear everything up for me in the end and got my account back on track! So thankful for these guys!

My mom and I came in to upgrade our phones and we had the pleasure of working with Brittani. She took the time to work through all our plan options with the upgraded phones to find us the best deal. She was patient and very thorough in her explanations of the new plan and all the benefits of the promotion we received. We felt very taken care of and it was genuinely the best experience we ever had working with a phone company.

Have T-Mobile phone service. Went in cause I need a new phone. Worked with Juan Marin. I am in my late 70s and have lots of questions and need information. Juan was patient and answered everything. He did not put pressure on me to buy or try to upsell me. I am making a decision as to which phone I will get and ask for Juan when I return.
