Been waiting for a month to get my dishwasher fixed by them while my family is visiting from India. We bought all our appliances from them because our builder recommended them. I've been patient all along and today after several calls they set an appointment and cancelled without telling me why or when they can schedule the next appointment. I would not recommend them. I updated my review since more recently, they have been more responsive. Maybe they have new staff?

I chose this store over a big box store because I prefer to support local businesses. Unfortunately they were Very responsive until I paid for the appliances then they went silent and have not responded to my issues. I was guaranteed delivery of a kitchenaid dishwasher and range before end of October and did not receive either until December. The dishwasher broke within 6 months and and it has been very difficult to get it serviced by a kitchenaid service provider. In addition, the range was not converted to propane as I had ordered and it was expensive to pay for a plumber to do this once delivered. One burner still does not work. DO NOT RECOMMEND !

Just a great business.We knew what dishwasher we wanted, called , got a great price and did everything on phone in under 10 minutes. Install was wonderful and some by them, they even gave us a refund for a part we didn't need, Everything was professional and on time. I will use them for all appliances going forward without question.
