I would like to recognize and highly recommend Advantage Appliance Repair that is need to have gave their appliances serviced. Aminee was the highly skilled technician that replaced the console on Jenn Air slide in range. It’s refreshing to meet someone that is very customer friendly and knowledgeable. Big Thanks to Advantage Appliance Repair for all their support. Lastly the repair was under warranty.
I called about an issue with my washing machine. They were able to schedule someone for the next day to come out. The day of, I was given a call to notify me of arrival in 30min. The tech was Tito and he was so friendly and clearly an expert. He was able to answer all of my questions and diagnose the issue very quickly. AAP will definitely be my first call next time I have an appliance issue.
Terrible service from this company. Chris was the only one who treated me like a human being. Mike came out several times to repair the same part and was very rude and condescending. He complained to me that “his” company had to “eat” all of these repairs and visits. I advised him to repair the whirlpool washer properly and they may not have to keep coming back. He came back the next day and said that 2 parts needed to be replaced. Mike said he would order them that day. This was 10/2/25. I called the repair company today to inquire about the parts. I spoke to Deborah. She told me that the insurance company had denied the parts. What actually happened was that when I spoke to Deborah on10/1/25 about my washer still not working and needing someone back asap, she set up the appointment for the next morning but never reopened the case. Upon seeing my case closed on 9/30/25 (the 10/2/25 appointment was never entered in the system by Deborah)my insurance denied the parts order. Deborah denied any wrong doing and said I have to deal with the insurance company myself. When I called the insurance company, they had no notes from the last appointment. I have been lied to and jerked around for over 1 month now and still haven’t gotten my washer fixed. It is apparent that advantage appliance repair does not know what they are doing nor do they care about their customers. I will never have them back to my home. I paid an extra fee for extended warranty and it has gotten me nowhere. I have requested the insurance company reevaluate their contract and have reached out to the corporate office. Don’t waste your time with these people. Now I wait… again. Don’t buy Lowe’s extended service plan. In fact, don’t buy from Lowe’s at all. They do not back up their products. Never again. No stars here. I only put 1 because I was forced to.
