Stellar all around! From the start of the purchasing process to the actual install, the team at Western Mass Appliances were friendly, professional and quick. They communicated their timelines on the delivery day clearly and made sure everything was exactly as it should be while on site. From positioning the multiple items delivered on the same day (fridge, range & dishwasher), to leveling and testing each piece, the team covered it all.
