Overall satisfied with the appliances I received, however very disappointed with my customer service experience. I had found a package of appliances online that I inquired about purchasing, and my salesperson was very bothered trying to find the models online as they weren’t physically in store. After making my purchase, I had been told to call 1 week prior to my desired delivery time and upon doing so, was spoken to very condescendingly and was told that “I was funny to think it would get delivered in a week” because “we’re so busy”. Understandably so, delivery was scheduled and I had been told the day prior that I’d get a call 15-30 mins before the delivery drivers arrived. I was given a 4 hour window for them to arrive. There was absolutely no heads up given, however, and I thankfully was able to get over to my home to let them in before they could’ve left. I am disappointed as my mother had a wonderful experience just a few months ago here and I’d rather give my business to a local store, however I would never recommend anyone purchase their appliances here after the continued rude, condescending interactions I had. I felt as if I was bothering employees for answering questions and doing exactly what their jobs are for.
