Just wanted to add to all the positive reviews. I went in originally to only upgrade my stock truck stereo speakers. As I kept thinking about what was possible, I really wanted to transform my truck.......I ended up going with a really great Audison DSP system. Non of that was due to any upselling by Aaron......just using his expertise and solid advice.......it was mostly watching Youtube and really finding out what the Audison system could become. Also used a lot of AI, which I thought was useful. Car audio can be a lot more complicated. There were things like break in, which I heard a big difference as time went by, initial tune, final tune and the many things to accomplish these tunes. The Tech and installer, Kevin was really good. Easy to deal with and only concerned with the final product and how it sounds to you and time was not an issue. I appreciate all the work, expertise, customer care. You start to get impressed with the operation as soon as you open the front door. Thank you Aaron and Kevin. I'll be back for more great stuff !!!

I'm so grateful to have found Safe and Sound! Their guidance on phono stages, along with their excellent customer service, made the entire buying process easy. Whenever I had questions, whether regarding shipping times or setting up my Vertere phono preamp, they responded quickly and most often by phone! Getting that type of service these days is rare, and I can see why they have so many satisfied and repeat customers. Happy to join this group!
