After doing alittle research and diagnosing, I found the problem on my machine. I found this place, showed up with my faulty part, and machine model info, & they were able to search in stock, & give me an exact fit replacement ! Great customer service & saved me thousands on a new machine. Highly recommend giving this place a shot. Thank you again !!!

Don't bother with this place, online hours are wrong, don't like answering phone calls, leaves a message, no response!!! So much for supporting local businesses!!!
Horrible customer service, I drove there and the hours were wrong online so I called and the guy answered yelling about how they closed 15 minutes ago and the hours listed were wrong and he was inside but unwilling to sell me a part that would take 30 seconds and then hung up on me as I was politely thanking him for answering, real gem
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE WILL RIP YOU OFF AND TELL YOU ITS THE PART FOR YOUR APPLIANCE JUST TO GET A SALE FROM YOU. I went on 01/03/2022 for an idle pulley for my Samsung dryer. The owner and a wife told me that they had the part in stock for my model. When I went to buy it they told me they only sold them in kits. When I bought the kit I notice that idle pulley was different than the one they sold me. I mention it to the owner and wife and they told me that it would work just needs a “washer”. The part did not and I asked for a refund and they told me they don’t do returns. DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!
