I would highly recommend Redline. Andrew was great--he was very professional, clearly explained all of my options to me, and was completely transparent about pricing and timing. And he took the time to answer all of my questions. I wouldn't hesitate to call Redline again!
My washing machine broke. I called Redline and they were able to send Bogdun out the same day. Bogdun was very knowledgeable and knew instantly what was wrong. He had the part with him and got me back up and running quickly! He really seemed to know what he was doing and was great at explaining to me what was wrong and how to fix it.
Really happy with the service I got. My fridge suddenly stopped cooling and I was honestly expecting the worst. They sent someone out pretty quickly, and it turned out to be the compressor. The tech was great—friendly, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. They replaced the compressor for a really fair price, especially compared to other quotes I got. It’s been running perfectly since. Definitely recommend these guys if you need solid appliance repair without the usual BS.
