Purchased a brand new gas stove that was advertised as new in box, but with scratch and dent details. Paid $2,000 and was told it would be warrantied by the business if when hooked up there was any issues. As soon as the product was connected to gas, a strong leak was detected from the back of the gas stove connection on the unit itself. I immediately called B & R and they took zero accountability or responsibility for the issue. They stated I must then go through the manufacture's warranty to have the issue addressed. Basically they just took my money, sold me a faulty product, and then pushed it back on me to fix with the warranty company directly - which I did not have time or energy for. I asked to return and offered to bring the product back, but they refused the return so I had no choice but to work to get the range corrected on my own. It took several calls to the warranty company, appointments, the rescheduling of appointments because their tech team couldn't make it out, ordering of parts with follow-up appointments to finally fix the issue. It was over the course of 2 months until I finally was able to have a working gas stove - what I had originally paid for and was promised from the beginning. B & R basically wiped their hands clean from the moment the product left their store. Would never trust them or buy from them again
